Jan has been involved in listing and selling high-end properties for the last 27 years in beautiful Southern Utah, including the St. George area. Developments like Entrada at Snow Canyon, The Cliffs Citadel Estates, Kayenta and so many others. She absolutely loves Southern Utah and the opportunity to market so many varieties of real estate, primary residents, investment, retirement, vacation rentals, commercial, and building lots.

Jan’s entire career has been in real estate, starting in Salt Lake City, Utah. After working to receive her Brokers license she was hired to market Real Estate Franchises in Utah and Colorado. This was a great experience because as she visited each office, the brokers shared what they did to become successful. She used this knowledge throughout her career. When the franchises were “sold out” in each city she purchased a franchise for Park City, Utah. where she lived and sold real estate for fifteen years. The number of agents in her office grew each year to about twenty-nine full time agents!
Jan was intimately involved in the acquisition of land for development and marketing of condominium and custom homes in Park City and Deer Valley. It was important to have a professional office so Jan located a lot for building an office complex. The real estate building was also leased to several other businesses, which were managed by Jan.
There was no Board of Realtors or MLS Service exclusively for the Park City area so Jan spent two years working with the National Association of Realtors to organize a board resulting in a very successful ALL REALTOR Park City Board of Realtors. Originally there were only a few members, presently about 974 members! Jan was the Founder of the Board but also served as President for the first two years.
